This luxury brand new build is perfect for a family getaway on the Shuswap! With its convenient lake adjacent location, this home provides quick access to the marina, beaches, boat rentals, restaurants and the Shuswap Lake Golf Course. The house was built with an open concept showcasing vaulted ceilings and elegant details for a luxurious yet charming feel. This modern farmhouse features two living rooms, a games room, a spacious deck overlooking the lake, and ample parking space.
Retreat to the oversized deck and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding Forrest and parts of Shuswap Lake.
The main level of this home features a kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room, along with a powder room and laundry room for your convenience. The open concept modern floor plan allows for easy flow between the living spaces, with sliding doors providing quick access to the deck from both the living room and dining area.
Upstairs, you will find a loft style area with a full bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a double/twin bed. Downstairs, there is another living room with a television and ground level access to the backyard, as well as a king primary bedroom with direct entrance to a full bathroom. Additionally, there is a games room towards the back of the property, complete with an air hockey table and basketball hoop.
